i have used pentax slr cameras only, i started back in 1976 and have been totally happy till i atached this to my K20D.

i can't think on any

not clear in low light, after the picture is taken and i try to zoom in the clarity falls off fast. i would not recommend this lense to any one

Wonderful trans-standard lens, that would not leave my bag for any reason.

Very confortable range, quickshift very appreciable. Very sharp beginning at 17mm. Very silent too thanks to SDM

Only an average lens. Consider the sigma equivalent as an alternative - useful wider aperture at 17mm. Oh and remember Lance B will "boost" anything Pentax.
