Damaged during delivery

 

Refused delivery due to condition of box which was ripped up and product exposed.

I do not know as i did not receive product to use

Delivery method was horrible as the UPS delivery person try to deliver a damaged box ( product was visible ) there was no packaging to protect product

Like I said, this is a good product, but do yourself a favor and buy it from a retailer other than New Egg. Purchase it from a retailer that makes a conscientious effort to have orders shipped to their customers without the box or packaging failing....

This is a good heater. It will definitely provide adequate warmth to a room between 100 and 200 feet square. Other portable heaters will disappoint, but not this one. This heater does the job

My cons are not with the heater but with New Egg's service. In particular their incompetent packing which resulted in the heater's instruction manual, remote control, and warranty being lost in transit. This is incompetence on their part. Another wrap...

Reliable room heater with good performance

 

Temperature sensor in automatic mode should be more precise.

Easy to use. Good performance. Reliable automatic mode. Convenient remote control

A little bit noisy. Periodically starts heating in automatic mode, even if the room temperature is higher than the preset level

As others mentioned, there's a strange odor produced when this is first used. I turned on the ionization feature but that didn't help. The directional blower is very helpful in keeping the warm air from going straight up to the ceiling, but the blower...

Does the Job

 

Bought this heater for our den which has windows on 3 sides. Gets very cold even with the central heat on. Room is 16 x 19 with a sloping cieling that runs from 7 to 12 feet. I haven't had luck with space heaters before but this one warms the room up...
