Very Pleased

 

Very effective with strong fan for good distribution of cooled air.

Cools effortlessly and quickly and that is extremely important. Nice remote. This unit lowered my electric bills considerably. Unit is fairly quiet not silent but not a rumble like the one it replaced. Shipping was way less than local tax would be

BEST A/C EVER BOUGHT FOR BEDROOM

 

Consumer Reports "Recommended" unit (that's how I originally found it). Tried to buy another, but sold out almost everywhere, so buy early in season. On notification waiting list for another.

Very quiet, low energy use, and cools so well that I am constantly turning the temperature up on the unit and keep it on lowest fan speed. If I turn it way up, helps to keep apartment much cooler in conjunction with my main living room a/c

Remote must be pointed directly at unit to work, so I have to almost get out of bed to lower or shut off unit with remote

Small but powerful

 

This unit is a God-send. It is small enough to fit in the small window of my 1904 home yet powerful enough to cool the entire living room. To make it even better, it is not even all that loud! I am THRILLED!

LG 8,000 BTU Energy Star Window AC

 

installation was easy and directions where good, installed unit in bedroom and have no trouble sleeping even with the a/c in energy saver mode, unit beeps whenever you change temp or function but it's not loud enough to wake people up
