Just what I needed

Works fine so far.

 

Used to cool and heat a 12 ft x 10 ft office space. It works great to keep the temperature setting constant. The unit is set high in a wall and the remote is a must.

good AC, very bad install instructions

 

This unit does exactly what I needed. Good buy. However, the install instructions are horrid!! Also, some of the screws do not fit properly into the holes. You either need a very strong hand or a power tool to get some of the screws in.[...]
