Perfect for my need

 

We lost our remote control for our portable air-conditioner. This was recommended as one that will operate unit. It was not only a perfect replacement, but delivered within 2 days. Wow! What service. Thanks.

Had trouble with the first one that arrived but got excellent service form the company in returning the defective unit and receiving the new one. Unit is not as large as most portable air conditioners. That is a big plus for us. Cools well. Is somewhat...

Good things come in small packages!

 

The remote is small and compact. Nice tactile feel to the buttons. It would help though, if it had a dimmer control (or high/low) function for the air conditioner blue LED, which is extremely bright in a darkened room.
