The keyboard is a good size along with how it opens allows for less space to be needed. The screen is good quality and the computer itself has fast responses.

I was not aware beforehand that the computer had an American keyboard and had to find out how to fix it, as the computers default keyboard is UK.

The dell support assist doesn’t work properly unless u run it through the command prompt. The Alienware assist only has 2 of the 4 tabs to use. No point having them on if they don’t work

Very powerful laptop. Runs all my games at ultra setting with no sign of struggling could easily replace my laptop with this laptop.

Came with USA layout keyboard was the worst feature. Very noisy to use in quiet environment. Forget about taking this to a library to study.. also power supply requirements are very high. All my laptop's over last 20 years I've been able to charge in...
