iBuyPower Valkyrie CZ-17

 

The iBuypower Valkyrie CZ-17 is a good gaming laptop, and a better multimedia rig.

Quad-core i7 processor. Good 3D performance. Excellent multimedia performance. HDMI and VGA. Killer branded Ethernet. Internal upgrade space for memory and second hard drive.

Ultra-short battery life. Can't quite play smoothly at 1080p at high quality. Negligible Turbo and cooling settings. Start key on right side of keyboard. Busy keyboard layout. Could use an SSD at this price point. No touch screen. No 5GHz Wi-Fi....

If you get a good machine then hold on to it, it is an awesome machine.

At first I had to send back the laptop to newegg.com for replacement, see my first posting or the very first post, that is me. After receiving the replacement laptop this thing has ran like a supper computer. It keyboard and mouse are working great,...

At first the keyboard and mouse did not work but external one's did. It was a hardware issue on the laptop returning a Code 10 on the trackpad. Not sure about the keyboard it would work but then quit. I got the replacement and it ROCKS
