If your budget is severely restricted to very inexpensive laptops, then the Samsung NP300E5A-A01UB is certainly worth a gander.

Very affordable. Core i3 processor included. 640GB of storage. Wireless Display 2.0 onboard. Very lightweight. Good battery life.

Conservative design. Loud mouse buttons.
