Sluggish load times, confounding remote control
The Panasonic DMR-BW750 is an excellent choice for people who want to record HD content off TV. With its 250GB hard drive, dual HD digital tuner and writable Blu-ray optical drive, there are plenty of options for media hoarders. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a flexible PVR that's packed with features, then the excellent Panasonic DMR-BW750 Blu-ray recorder is almost a one-stop shop.
Excellent recording quality ; Media playback also fine ; Feature-packed
Lacks DLNA streaming ; Still some functionality hiccups ; Dedicated Blu-ray players perform better

What Ty said, comprehensive manual, twin tuners, power-saving mode
Manual can be confusing, some functions (eg, editing) require numerous steps

Panasonic DMR-BW750 Blu-ray Recorder
An absolutely fantastic machine. It has 2 HD tuners, so you can record two programs, while watching a previous recording. It records on HDD, Blu-ray discs and all DVD's you can think off, including DVD RAM!
This machine let's you record subtitles (closed captions) on hard drive as well as Blu-ray discs! It is a second generation recorder, so no need to fear teething problems
None that I can think off, unless maybe that the closed captions can only be recorded on hard drive and Blu-ray, not on DVD
