Stand is not solid, feels bit unsecure ,when switch on TV always bring up Toshiba logo, not take it TV channel.( Which is bit anoid.)

Unfortunately have only unpacked it today and although set up appeared ok, the picture reception is pretty poor. Picture breaking up all the time. Not sure what the problem could be as I have other makes of smart TVs in the house without a problem....
