Though its built-in Wi-Fi and passive 3D are handy and its colors are accurate, crosstalk and only decent shadow detail prevent the Toshiba 55TL515U from having top-notch picture quality.

Strong color reproduction. Built-in Wi-Fi. Convenient passive 3D.

Mediocre black levels. 3D sometimes shows significant crosstalk.

I have the older model in my living room, its great for gaming, the screen cuts some corners on image quality to achieve gaming performance, but its worth it.... you have almost no input lag for games... even the Wii which is notorious for LCD lag...

The price, I want to order from new - egg in conjunction with another Item, the same order is 1650$ someplace else... and on new egg its like 1800$.... gona hold off for a bit till price comes down just a bit more ... TVs are dropping in price because...
