The first one I received didn't work but I was shipped another one, received it, it works great. No complaint for the price.

I like the big display, I had to get use to the operation of the unit(I had a Garmin unit before). But overall would recommend it to friends and family.

for the most part this is a great product. my only complaints are that unlike some gps units, you can't put the name of a store to find the closest one. the other feature i find us missing is a place where it tells you in words the route you will be...

after i recieved it and charged it it wouldn't boot all the way i ended up spending 3 hours on the phone with tech support and they couldn't help ended up sending it in and got a REFURB unit back while it did work I paid for a new unit and spent more...

this unit is not as nice as the garmin since it has lifetime maps and lifetime traffic and is a better value and has a nicer street interface even though its only 4.3
