Remington Keratin Radiance Pro Heated Brush

I got this 15 months ago and love it but have switched it on today and its not heating up i got it in boots and its got 3 year guarentee but have lots my receipt can i still return it?

I've never had a great experience with products such as this - they tend to get caught up in my thick hair and then don't really do the job anyway. Sadly this was no better. I'll stick to a brush and a hairdryer
