Support's response to optical "issue" was a C&P from the P poor manual. Follow up emails were equally pointless. Humble pie tastes awful

great sound

 

for everyone who couldnt get the digital optical cable i played around with my sound card trying to get it to work but all i had to do its hold the mode select button for 3 sec to change to digital

im no audiophile but they sound amazing at all sound levels. skrillex has never sounded so good (except live)

sattelite speaker cabels are too short and limited where i could place the sub

bought his as the least expensive means to use optical input with a WD TV Live Plus and it is the only port not working. I see light on from WD through TOS Link but no sound from the System. Antec Support appears to by run by the marketing dept. This...

Black Friday price (but only just) , decent sound, connection options (if they all work) Solid build quality

3D must have been forced upon engineering by the folks at marketing, I clearly cannot hear more than 2 D's. Optical port not Opting. The two ash trays stuck to the front of the satellites

be ready to upgrade your music collection. just like sd content on hdtv's, low quality music sounds even worse on these. the speakers have such a good balance that sounds you never heard before come out...including the unclear fuzz from bad youtube...

These are perfect for super high quality in a dorm room appropriate form factor. And they can still blow your ears off if you want them to. 3d mode is definitely for movies and games because with music the subwoofer can be overloaded with relative...

these things rock. i would have preferred slightly longer cables for the sats

Everything is great about theres speakers! Aluminu, build no cheap plastic and it comes with the cables to set it up unless you want to use a fiber optic digital audio cable. Great sound, seperates highs, mid and lows really good. I use these speakers...

Even with the cons I listed, I still give this speaker system 5 stars. I've owned various speaker systems like the Bose Campanion 3 and 2 sets of Logitech Z2300 speakers (one set stopped working). I can easily say these are the best speakers I have...

AWESOME sound ; Gets loud without distorting ; tons of connections on the subwoofer for multiple uses ; 3D Mode sounds great with video games

3D Mode sounds pretty good for movies but I wasn't really blown away by it. I only had minor video game testing with the 3D Mode but it sounded much better than it did for movies ; Wish the subwoofer had better control on the volume. Only 3 volume...
