Bose® CineMate GS II

 

Overall, if you're not an audiophile or if you listen to music without much bass, this system will do, but I wouldn't pay MSRP of $500-600 for it. If you just want to connect it to a TV, it'll look nice and do the job.

I bought them cheap, $350. Gemstone speakers look nice, can go pretty loud Easy to set up

Lots of cons: 1. the 'subwoofer' is not good. I listen to bass-heavy music (hip/hop), and the sub just doesn't cut it. It's pretty bad below 40hz - just gives a cheap rumble like you'd hear on a $50 system. Very disappointing. At higher frequencies, it...

Looks great. A breeze to setup.

I heard no difference from this and my $150 Klipsch speakers. Not wall mountable without 1st party hardware. Subwoofer corners nearly sliced my hand open...

Very Impressed

 

If you are looking for decent speakers without breaking the bank, these are awesome. I got an open box deal on these and paid 160$ less than retail price otherwise I wouldn't have gotten these. If you aren't looking to drop a few grand on a home...

Good sound from highs to lows. Very compact. Easy to set up. The remote it comes with is awesome.

Wish it could hit some lower tones.

Place anywhere...as long as the wires will run that far.

Wires are large and long. They actually take up more space than the speakers themselves.

Amazing Sound

 

Who needs a full Home Theater setup with tower speakers, amplifier, etc... When you can just get this setup and it is AMAZING!!! Hell it sounds like I have a 7.1 setup in my living room. :-) Thank You Abt for another outstanding Sale.

Incredible sound

 

The sound is incredible. Have this in a 16 foot by 33 foot room and it absolutely fills it up with sound. Extremely simple to get up and running. No rear speakers, so no rear speaker wiring to deal with. Believe me, you won't miss the rear speakers....
