good basic sound. plugged it into my gaming pc for which i use only headphones. If my ears get tired i can still have basic sound wich is exactly what you need for such games as warcraft or starcraft

When I plug it into my laptop it stops doing sound from the onboard speakers and the sound only comes out of this

Really makes a difference, despite what other reviewers say - tweak your equalizer! Tested on three different laptops, and while this won't start a party or incite the neighbors to violence, they do produce better sound than regular laptop speakers,...

No better sound quality than my built in speakers...(hp nx7300 laptop which is not high end or multimedia.) Stereo sound is non-existent due to design and small size

Still sound pretty much like laptop speakers - very good ones. This product is great for keeping things light and simple but don't expect desktop speaker sound
