The sound quality is terrible

I ordered 4 sets of these in error but because they are such value for money I have kept all 4 and sold 2 sets on to my daughters

Couldn't not get them to work with a Sweex soundcard - only direct from laptop

Speakers are only 3W making the quality really poor, bearing in mind your phone probably has better wattage and is louder these speakers are terriblr

Not very clear mid range and high end as would be expected for speakers this cheap and so can lessen the clarity of some of the programs and make some vocal harder to hear at quiet volumes. Generally good value speakers for listening to TV and videos...
