The SBA220 sports a unique two-speaker design that has its advantages and disadvantages. At this price, we can’t complain about the sound quality though, so it's a good buy.

It won't blow you away, but the SBA290 delivers admirable sound for a portable and compact speaker unit – if you can put up with the poorly designed controls.

Great sound, goodish battery life but greatly reduced if used at high volume, surround sound setting and bass setting (2 hours or more). Good bass for portable speaker set

Great product, just annoying that it takes 6 AAA batteries. Easily solved by buying 6 AAA rechargables and a battery charger. Often have a set of non rechargables handed while the other ones are charging

It's very compact, neatly designed and has a really good sound. The travel pouch is useful.

As with many small electricals the charger is heavier than the product. But it can use batteries, so I'll probably do that when travelling abroad.

The good price took out any bad points.

Good clear sound for it's size. Quite low current consumption.

Would rather have had a 3.5mm stereo jack output socket on case rather than a trailing lead. I suspect some time in future a fracture will occur in this lead needing repair.
