Cheap as chips, decent sound quality, simple and unobtrusive styling, versatile remote

For a budget speaker system, Sharp's HT-SB200 sound bar performs well. Its small speakers reproduce surprisingly large amounts of mid-bass and it complements the in-built speakers of Sharp's LCD televisions well.

Improved the sound quality of my LCD TV 200%

Did not work by connecting the Sound Bar through the Headphone socket. Had to buy spitters to connect to AV output socksts.as other equipment was occupying the existing sockets.

Compact, with out loss of sound quality. Very much required with the new flat screen TV's., as speakers inside TV are poor quality. Very easy to connect up

Ideal for the kitchen telly, which has a good picture and poor sound. It is great that it goes automatically into standby when you turn the telly off.

It can't really handle mega bass.

The product is good - does as it says on the Tin - just don't expect much in the way of features at this proce point!

My unit developed a fault where the sound would dropout out at random for a second.
