Purchased on 4/15/2015, died on 12/27/2015. So $69.95 for a little over 8 months of use. I would say that since the cups sold for this are few and far between to avoid this brewer completely. I did not know that when I ordered.

Price.

The coffee it brews is pretty weak/watered down. It constantly complains to add more water even when near full (all Keurigs do)

Vue cups are hard to find, only lasted one year. the pump stopped working. most coffee brewers last a lifetime not this one.

Beautiful machine

Vue cups are hard to find and more expensive than the regular K cups. The machine quit working after 2 months of lite use. I have to send back to Keurig and hopefully they will repair it under warranty

Stopped brewing after using it for more 3-4 months. Did everything as suggested in the troubleshooting guide. Waste of money. Sincere advice is not to buy this

it works faster than my old coffee pod system.

mine did not come with the free vue cups it was supposed have. no biggie I bought the product not the included samples.

This was our first personal Keurig after having used them in a variety of commercial and office environments. Have to say that the coffee is better than prior experiences. Fairly easy to operate for both hot and iced coffee and tea.

The title says that it comes with 8 Vue Capsules which it did not! Since the Vue cups are not yet that available we had to wait until we found an K2VCup adapter so that we could use either the older K cups or our own coffee.
