We are not big wine drinkers but we got this little wine cooler to hold the few bottles we keep around for guests. The stainless steel look is nice and is neater than having our wine stacked messily in the pantry. It is small but just what we needed....

I bought one of these 12 bottle coolers this summer. It does the trick, but never turns off. While not an obnoxiously loud appliance, it does emit a low hum. And though my power bill hasn't spiked dramatically since plugging it in, it just seems wrong...
