i have found the quality of this product is not made as sturdy and as solid as my old bosch freezer which i had for 20 years cannot see this one lasting as long every thing on this one seems very fragile

I find the alarm annoying - it goes off seconds after the door is open. You can turn it off, but I think it should be longer before it gets set off. Otherwise, no bad points.
