GE GNS23GSHSS 22.7 CU. FT. French-Door Refrigerator ( Stainless)

 

It does make sacrifices for the sake of affordability. Its 22.7 cubic feet of space should be plenty for most families, but it's not the gaping chasm of the Chef Collection. It also doesn't have folding shelves, custom temp drawers or even more basic...

The $1,600 GE GNS23GMHES looks great and performs better than fridges that cost twice as much.

Its only notable feature -- a hidden water dispenser -- turns out to be a good idea poorly executed. It lacks basic conveniences like spillproof shelves and humidity sliders.

Despite the fact that it's feature-poor, the GE GNS23GMHES outclasses its low-end French door price range with top-of-the-line performance and looks.

Has a great look and is roomy inside.

 

I bought a GE appliance because the last GE refrigerator we had was over 20 years old and was still a good refrigerator. The problem was the ice maker was leaking.

It's so spacious and wonderfully bright inside. Nothing gets "lost" because everything is right there able to view. I was surprised to find a purified water dispenser inside the left door - I didn't know it existed when we ordered it!!! So happy with...

We love the slate color and more than enough room in the fridge, would be nice if the freezer area had more room but we have a chest freezer so not a big deal.

no spacers in the freezer compartment

 

the ice maker sends ice cubes out with 4 or 5 cubes frozen together, water and ice despensor should be on the outside
