Purchased one online, fridge broke down after a week. Ordered another from different retailer, arrived today but had to refuse delivery as it was damaged. Supposed to get another one in couple of days but think I'll cancel after reading previous review.

Gorenje may offer a 5yr warranty on their products but try getting an engineer call out if anything goes wrong!! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. The products may look nice but having purchased a Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Fridge...

Excellent, great warranty. Sometimes fridge doesn't seem as cold as it could. However no grumbles, looks like a SMEG but is much better!
