The freezer works well enough and has plenty of space and convenient draw units. The fast freeze is great and the top drawer freezes food very quickly, if it is a little shallow. Anything more than about two inches high and it'll foul the freezer...

This freezer works well and has given no problems in 9 months. Ours stands on a solid floor and seems remarkably quiet. Capacity seems good for the size and insulation.

Excellent freezer, now have 2. Works well, does not frost up very quickly and has a lot of space for the size of unit.

I,ve had this freezer for 12 months having bought it to mach fridge. It works well but the drawers have to be straight in order to close them easily and they always seem to be be off centre when I go to push them in.It's biggest drawback is the noise....

Have had it for 2 months only. Works perfectly well, freezing temperature good. A little awkward to open the drawers. Am intending to label the drawers so I know what is in them. Is a little noisy - but it is in an utility room, so not a problem. Nice...

I brought this a month ago and it is frosting up and even the draw covers are frozen over I have called Hotpoint and they were really unhelpful

I brought this to match my Hotpoint fridge - they look great side by side! Great size drawers & able to use within 15 minutes of putting into place. They removed my old freezer too...so really was hassle free.
