Great to look at, difficult to clean

Quirkie but efficient

As a "do it yourselfer" and "gourmet" [wife says gourman], the Frigidaire FE3X9XE electric cooktop has all of the basics but needs some refinements to be an excellent investment for any kitchen.

Economy of energy and space, achieves high temps almost as fast as gas, ease of installation

Controls not well designed, requires re-learning of cooktop cooking without instructions.
