Glass doors and oven light, fits the space perfectly but is bigger inside than my previous Hotpoint 50cm wide Cooker. very pleased

Simplicity of controls

A split grill would be more economical - also too hot to warm plates.

Very sturdy and well built.Not tinny like some cookers. Heats up quickly. Good to look at.

Oven does not seem to be as hot as it should be. Do not like the fact that timer clock has to be on to use oven. I Have not had ceramic top before and I am wary in case I break it. Lower oven seems low down but that is because of double oven.

Having changed from a gas cooker finding this cooker a pleasure to use and what a treat the ceramic hob, so easy to clean. A bonus having both ovens with internal light.

Heats up quickly once you get used to turning it up full to start then down. Pretty much prevents boiling over with temperature cut off, bonus! Easily controlled and a doddle to keep clean. Had similar model for the last 15 years also Hotpoint and am...

The only small criticism is the closure of the oven door. I am used to it as my other Hotpoint cooker needed the same gentle slam to close but anyone new to them may think it should push shut easier. Nothing else to find fault with.

Not a huge choice in 50cm cookers and the 'quality' names seem to be absent so ended up with another Hotpoint. Early days but does the job and appears to be solidly built. Heating rings are very responsive and the grill works well. Only time will tell...

Labelling of the control knobs could be better located, labels are hidden beneath the knobs. Minor irritation really.

If switched off at mains and then switched back on again, have to adjust clock time or main oven will not work

looks nice easy to use

the clock is easy to catch and adjust if you brush up against the buttons oven does not seem to cook evenly even though its a fan oven
