I bought this about a month ago, and am so happy that i did! I LOVE the proof function to raise my dough...didn't even know that existed! This oven is very easy to use. Convection is perfection. It has made this unnatural baker look like a pro.

Has been in use a month. Went from gas to electric and this new has convection option. Not sure on baking quality yet. Only negative is how long it takes to heat up. 15-18 minutes to get to 350. Seems to be great quality and looks great.

I really like my oven. It reallly cuts down on the baking time.
