Bought this as an open box at local store at a great price to replace an older microwave. Installation was not too difficult and it looks great. Functionality has been flawless. We absolutely love it.

Had trouble with order three times, local store never answers phone, product not as described. All around very bad experience. need to stick with Lowes

We wanted something that would give us more oven space during holiday cooking. This fits the bill perfect. Microwave works great, but the convection setting allows us to bake multiple items at the same time by freeing up the regular oven.
