We bought this to use as a bread bin which it is great for - much easier than a standard bread bin to clean and holds a large loaf. Just right! We can still use it to roast a chicken as well!

I needed to replace a very old one of these - this one is smaller but ideal. Don't just use it just to roast a Chicken - make a huge casserole in it - up the other way so the roaster part becomes the lid
