Don't Do It!
Save your money and DO NOT BUY!!!
It looks nice
The charge light doesn't work but 1/2 the time ; The battery in the unit gets so hot just from charging that you can barely touch it ; Worthless for any use other than very fluid liquid ; I tried to chop already broken ice for a smoothy and the device...

Well Constructed
Well constructed ; Holds charge well*/ NiCad battery ; It blends and is comfortable to use ; Newegg had a great price when I purchased it ; If you read the booklet that comes with, it states to never use over 1 minute without letting it cool 1 minute....
Have to hold down the power button as you operate the blender. Not such a big deal as they have it right where you hold it anyway, but something I had to get used to

Horrible cordless blender!

battery sucked...cordless feature was useless, b/c it would not hold a charge for more than 2 minutes. Exchanged for a new one and thought that it was the battery and still the same problems w/ pwr

Excellent product - a must have
Any immersion blender is an invaluable asset in the kitchen. The Breville cordless hand blender kicks it up a notch by freeing you from the cord. It works extremely well and having both the metal mixing and plastic smoothie shafts is a real convenience.
