Slim-small pocket sized, maller than most . Outside/inside screens. Qwerty keyboard. Very Durable. Ive dropped, stepped on and smashed it. No probs. Stable OS. I don't reboot for months and no probs.

Keyboard keys could have a more pronounced dimple on them for better tactile feel Blackberry is rumored to be dying which is a shame. very reliable service and device. I-net access is poor. I don't try often but many pages are cryptically displayed.
