OUTSTANDING lens!!

 

This is an OUTSTANDING lens. It is my first 'L' series. I was always a bit skeptical about the claims made about both 'L' series lenses and the IS features, until I used one! All doubts are now washed away.

The lens focuses very fast with almost no noise. The IS function is a nice touch, but I am not sure how practical it really is. Having upgraded from an entry level lens, this lens is much heavier. Images are sharp with great color. I feel that the lens...
