While it's not tack-sharp when used wide-open, the Canon EF 50mm ƒ/1.4 USM is still quite good, and stopped down to ƒ/4 image quality is excellent. At ƒ/8, it's as sharp as sharp gets.

50 mm – räcker till det mesta.

Optiken borde uppgraderas, så att den även vid de största bländarna blir så skarp som vi förväntar av prisklassen.

The lens working well and I do think it's a great start lens for portraiture photography plus it's a good value for money

It's coming without the protection bag , so to keep it safe it's difficult

I bought this for its wide aperture capability, which makes it an excellent lens for low-light conditions - it's dramatically better than the kit lens for interior shots where you can't use flash. For my purposes it's virtually as good as the Canon...

Closest focus distance of about 18 inches is not great, but not a serious negative.
