Good image, easy to use

Build quality could be better. Overpriced for quality.

only lens that fits my camera so no option but to choose this one.

unable to switch off the image stabiliser, expected better quality case cover, had to buy a cover which was not 100% to protect the lens.

Some reviews say this is nearly as sharp as prime lenses. Well compared to my 50mm f1.2 it very nearly is. Worth the money. Thought about the IS version but for me there is no need for it. Some how my 6d has the edge over my 7d mkii for sharpness but...

Haven't found any. People say it's heavy, hey, if it was made of plastic then you'd moan. Sheer quality.

Great addition to my EOS 6d. Works seamlessly and all controls are exactly where I'might used to them being. Great quality pictures even with 1.4x extender for that little extra reach.
