This is without doubt the best value zoom lens on the market. For almost 300 brand new and as a kit for the DAL version with the plastic mount and no hood supplied, the optics can only be matched by zooms worth 1000+. Best sharpness at 250, but really...

You can\'t really beat this lens for the price. However, the focus is noisy and has a tendancy to "hunt" for a focus point. It is well made and a good addition,despite its faults, to your budget kit bag.

Useful, not spectacular

 

Light weight and quite well constructed. Optics good, rather than superb. Useful focal range and maintains fair image quality across the range. I have missed shots because of the slow autofocus.

Вполне достойный объектив (учитывая конструктив) с приятным рисунком, достаточно резок, авто фокус достаточно шустрый - позволяет на лету фотографировать стрекоз (правда солнечным летним днем), легкий и надежный.
