The two ink cartridges, one black and the other tri-colour, plug into the printhead, which itself plugs into the carrier, in a similar way to Kodak's own machines. It's very quick and easy to set up and replace cartridges.

The cons are cost and durability of the inks. The inks are expensive and since buying the printer I have had to purchase two colour ink cartridges and three black ink cartridges. I have printed less than 150 pages before requiring a new black...
