Good print quality in normal mode, fast print speeds in fast mode, decent scanner, decent looks, good price, good bundled software

It's a good printer, and prints fairly quickly, didn't use it extremely often for pictures but the ones I did seemed to work fine

Overall printing is good, a is copying which shows no difference to the original copy being used..

Rather fragile appearance and feel of the paper tray, giving the impression that it could have a relative short life. Wating time before printing begins after telig the computer to print.

Excellent quality print relatively cheap ink.

Slow printing speed and no option to shrink pages into two or four on one a4 for example

excellent little thing, printed nearly a reams worth and not even 1 paper jam!

you have to take the tray out to refill the paper, hope this doesn't damage the printer, only time will tell.

After using products from another company (HP) we have found that this Multifunction device is so much superior in every way. It is easy and quick to use. And there does not appear to be software that reports back in the same way that HP equipment does.

Paper loading tray appears to be on the weak and flimsy side and has to be removed and reinstalled every time paper is required.
