Print quality and speed good. Scanning and copying all easy to do. Hopefully the ink system will prove as cost effective as promoted, too early to tell at present though.

CD not great, important instructions not available until after problems encountered and obviously written by / for techies. Had to contact Epsom for help and in fairness they were helpful and it was easily sorted. Just need to revisit the instructions...

love the fact that the ink isn't forever running low, its easy to use, takes a few seconds to respond, but is brilliant when it does, definitely recommend and have done to several people who are getting one

The star feature of this printer is the MUCH lower cost of ink - my payback on the machine, which is a little more expesnsive, will be six months at most - I work from home so am a relatively heavy user.

It's ok!

 

This prints well and is quicker than my last print we. IT doesn't have AirPrint and I miss it so much. It's not that easy to use as the buttons are old fashioned. I am hoping the ink will be a redeeming feature and last ages.
