Wi-Fi connectivity, easy to use, automatic duplexing, separate photo paper tray

Slow print speeds, poor colour document print quality, can't perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Kodak's ESP 7 inkjet multifunction printer has cheap consumables and is easy to use, but slow print speeds and generally poor print quality dampen its appeal.

The Kodak ESP 7 color inkjet multifunction printer beats the competition hands-down in ink costs. Unfortunately, it's very slow, and its print quality on plain paper is underwhelming.

The ESP 7 tries to leap ahead of the pack by claiming to have fast print speeds and good quality photo output. Unfortunately, it falls short in most of these areas, but it is relatively cheap to run.

Cheap running cost (but expensive to buy initially) ; Wireless and Ethernet connectivity

Colour casting on photo prints ; Slow text prints ; Visible print droplets

Kodak has a range of online support options, from FAQs to setting up your printer and software to firmware downloads, as well as a 1800 freecall number for additional help.

The smart-looking, shiny-black Kodak ESP 7 has some nice features for home users. Connectivity includes USB, ethernet, and Wi-Fi. Kodak sells a Bluetooth adaptor. You also get an autoduplexer for easy two-sided printing. On the front you'll find slots...

We liked the low ink costs and extra features that the Kodak ESP 7 has to offer. Unfortunately, slow print speeds and subpar print quality make it difficult to recommend.

We were honestly impressed by the quality of the prints and the ease of printing that this printer produced when printing on Kodak paper. It eliminated the stress of choosing the proper paper and the proper settings which ultimately eliminates mistakes...
