AOSU SolarCam P1 Max Review

 

The AOSU SolarCam P1 Max 4-camera security system not only records in 4K resolution but also needs no subscription and stores video locally with up to 16 TB of space.

Nice design, small footprint ; Solar powered with a nice big solar panel ; Simple and easy set up ; Performence is excellent ; Great features like two way comms ; Local storage up to 16TB with an SSD/HDD SATA connection

The app can be overwhelming, a lot of options ; Some features only available with subscription ; Expensive when not on sale ; Ads in the app are annoying

The AOSU SolarCam P1 Max has a nice-looking design that fits in a small space. The solar panels are fantastic for not needing to run a bunch of wires. You do need to charge these via USB-C before you set them up though.
