Hawk1964 reviews the Veriton

 

I've posted an unboxing video of this Mini PC on my YT channel (Hawk1964) of the unboxing and basic benchmarks using Cinebench 11.5

We are about to unleash a few of these in our Healthcare facility to replace some aging and underpowered computers. Space savings galore and Window 7 pro should easily cure some of our 7 year old pc dinosaurs

Jury's still out on this one. They look very promising. Remember, it's not meant to compete with the i7's. It just a basic little rig that's just too cool. I do agree with the other reviewer - Acer, let us into these things... removing the one screw...

These are perfect for general workstations. Windows 7 rating is 3.5 due to CPU. Video comes in at 5.8 and 5.9. Acer.... why didn't you make the driver easier to replace?

Acer Bloatware. Take about an hour to remove all the acer empowering technology software ; Opening the case is rather interesting. It appears you need to remove the motherboard from the case to remove the hard drive. Makes hard drive duplication more...
