Well known name in home computing with an established reputation. Pc was easy to set up and has been trouble-free since purchase. Superb pricing.

Could have had a more imaninative software package.

The product was user friendly with good features.

I was unable to use a webcam with this computer as it was unpredictable whether I would have a picture or not. I have used the webcam with a few other computers so the problem was with the product.

Good spec at a reasonable price

No software backup discs for Windows or Works - I asked for these to be sent, but haven't received them. Also no printed manual, just a print-it-yourself version - a bit cheapskate.
