I've had this computer for 2 weeks now. The sound card doesn't work and now I'm getting the blue screen of death

Got the computer and some of the cables inside weren't hooked up. Wasn't a big deal but after I hooked them up the computer started having issues. The video quit working so now I am waiting for an RMA
