Lenovo Legion C530 Cube

 

A solid, compact gaming desktop, Lenovo's Legion C530 Cube brings a distinct design and borderline 1080p gaming performance to budget buyers, but we'd like to see an SSD boot drive and a slightly better GPU.

Easy-carry handle. Light weight. Small footprint. Decent 1080p gaming performance.

Monochromatic red lighting. Front panel ports a bit tricky to reach. Only audio port on back is a headset jack. Graphics card in test unit is just shy of truly VR-worthy. Hard drive-plus-Optane versus SSD boot drive.

Bottom Line: A solid, compact gaming desktop, Lenovo's Legion C530 Cube brings a distinct design and borderline 1080p gaming performance to budget buyers, but we'd like to see an SSD boot drive and a slightly better GPU.

Our Lenovo Legion C530 Cube review looks at a gaming system that comes with a small form factor allowing you to carry it around from place to place.

Neat design ; Windows 10 ; Games played well ; Different configuration options

Only 8GB RAM (easily upgradeable) ; Entry level price could be better

Overall, I thought the Lenovo Legion C530 Cube was able to handle what the things I tasked it with. Granted, dealing with 8GB of RAM isn’t ideal, but the PC was still able to keep up. If the price could be dropped a little bit more, then I think people...
