Easy set up, quality build, ease of use, compact for a desktop,

A bit pricey, in my opinion too much Sony software when I would prefer recognised programs which I use making the Sony stuff redundant. Not Sony's problem, but I have found Windows 7 64bit to have limitations whereas XP was much more compliant.

Best computer I have had with no problems at all. Very easy to set up and connects very quickly to the internet. A quality machine.

None that I can think of.

Very easy to use, very fast processor for multi taksing - kids love the touch screen interaction for painting, games, website. From power up to online takes less than 2 mins and from standby, less than 45secs.!

None really - I installed windos 2003 which I'm used to , but Office 2010 tries to open word docs etc. Have to use the open with option to stop this, until I but the Office 2010 key...
