Bought this based on the glowing review on TheWirecutter and have been happy with it.

Bagged, sturdy, great suction, very quiet

Doesn't come with a powerbrush for the hose (which is like $150-300 when you're talking Miele accessories) ; Foot pedal seems flimsy

I would recommend it as a good, very well made vac for the money. And, as usual, nice fast shipping!!!!

Quiet, GREAT steerability, looooong cord, wonderful suction power. Good tools and easy tool hose to use. My wife is TOUGH on vacs. She may have met her match with this one. Time will tell but we're off to a great start

I love my Miele! I had Dyson's previously which I thought were good. However I could see the difference in my carpet even on first use.

I do think the brush for the stairs should be included, it is sold as a separate item and I have to order one.
