Because it is so lightweight the hose could benefit from being less rigid. More flexibility would aid the machine's stability, it' is also not long enough to reach my top stair so I have to vacuum that one from the top which is more than a little...

It is a good price.

Its very basic, the strength of the suction is lost after the first time of hoovering. Everything is a bits flimsy and plastic. I would not buy this again, the cord is in an awkaward place as is the off and on switch. Pay more and stick with a dyson.

The only bad point I have is that it doesn't come fully assembled and the instructions for putting it together was not very clear.

Perhaps not as robust as other cleaners but excellent for the purchase price.
