Good Utensils

Pipes when hot become very flexible and feels like they will break if you put on too much pressure.

very easy to use and goes for a long time

takes long time to heat up i would advise to make a cup of tea while waiting

Attachments are stored in body of machine so easily accessible. Excellent on vinyl floors.

No stow-away for cable. Poor performance on carpets.

It is light to carry around the house and outside and has a long lead for taking a fair way from a socket in the house. Once heated it has a very powerful steam jet.

It does take a while to heat up, but only a small fault

I returned this product without using, as I had bought it to clean carpets, and when I looked at the cleaner and tools, I did not think it looked strong enough
