Had some reservations after reading some of the reviews, but ordered anyway. I'm glad I did. Better quality than I'd hoped. Sturdy. Well made. Retracts easily. Mounted between the two car bays in less then half an hour.

I ordered online and had it shipped to my house. I took it out of the box and mounted it on the wall in my shop. The tension was way too loose and it would not pull the hose back in. The box did not say anything that I could find on how to adjust it so...

I bought this a a gift for my son, and now I'm jealous ! I should have bought 2 of them One for myself !
